MISSION
Columbia River Wraparound works to provide a system of care that empowers families with complex mental health needs to increase their success in life by coordinating one strength-based plan.
Columbia River Wraparound provides services for youth (ages 0-21) with serious emotional difficulties and their families in the Mid-Columbia region following these guiding principles:
- Strength-based
- Youth and Family Driven
- Community-based
- Least Restrictive
- Culturally Competent
Services include outreach, early identification and intervention, school
and home based services, crisis respite, intensive day treatment, and services to children
with co-occurring disorders (mental health/addictions).
Services for transition age youth (18-21 years) include vocational, housing and
independent living.
Advocates and support groups are available through the Oregon
Family Support Network to help parents and young people.
