COLUMBIA RIVER WRAPAROUNDKeeping kids at home, in school, and out of trouble

MISSION

Columbia River Wraparound works to provide a system of care that empowers families with complex mental health needs to increase their success in life by coordinating one strength-based plan.

Columbia River Wraparound provides services for youth (ages 0-21) with serious emotional difficulties and their families in the Mid-Columbia region following these guiding principles:

  • Strength-based
  • Youth and Family Driven
  • Community-based
  • Least Restrictive
  • Culturally Competent

Services include outreach, early identification and intervention, school and home based services, crisis respite, intensive day treatment, and services to children with co-occurring disorders (mental health/addictions).
Services for transition age youth (18-21 years) include vocational, housing and independent living.
Advocates and support groups are available through the Oregon Family Support Network to help parents and young people. Please check out our program information page for further details.
